Eric Hepperle
IT, Design & Web — built by one person, done right.
Ten-plus years running the full stack of practical technology work: troubleshooting hardware and helpdesk tickets, laying out print and digital publications, and administering WordPress sites that real businesses depend on.
A technologist who never stopped being a designer.
I'm Eric — a versatile technology professional who bridges creative and technical disciplines: IT support and troubleshooting, graphic design and desktop publishing, and WordPress website administration. I've spent a decade learning that a website is only as good as the person who keeps it running, and a publication is only as good as the person who checks it before it goes to press.
My background spans enterprise IT support, newspaper production, WordPress administration, PHP-based site customization, Linux hosting, and customer-facing technical consulting — for corporate, nonprofit, ministry, and small-business clients alike. I'm bilingual, English (expert) and Spanish (basic), and I document everything I build so the people I hand it off to can actually use it.
"Give me the brief, the deadline, and a clear goal — I'll bring the rest, and I'll write it down so the next person doesn't have to guess."
