Good morning, friends!
Quick life report:
- Multiple things improving my health: Daily 10-30 minutes of tendon training (dead hangs, dips, isometric holds)
- This week — 2 days ago started wearing basic Dr. Scholls shoe inserts and the exhaustion and pain I’ve been feeling during work has all but disappeared. When we are on a very tight budget due to low finances it was nice to find I still had my old inserts, so saved a little money there 🙂
- Last night, began taking Dr. Berg’s high-absorbtion magnesium powder along with his D3 & K2 capsules — slept well and woke ready to BM. Clean BM and felt great! Also, it looks like my arm muscles plumped up — can that be?
- In the news: We are officially in the future! Elon musk introduced the first working Back to the Future-type flying car prototype. A Tesla model with gullwing doors, like the Delorean.
- I don’t mind working at the UPS Store, it was just being exhausted and in pain all the time. But with these inserts, that is less of a problem 🙂
- Assembled the new office chair a racing gaming chair we bought for $111-ish off of Amazon — It has great lumbar support! Thank you China!
- Created a new “Journal Notes” thumbnail this morning using Affinity — I’m not going to the trouble of adding extra images and building custom thumbnails anymore. This will not only save creation time for other things, but also allow quick visual identification and sorting of Journal / Progress Report / Life Report posts
- Did massive overhaul of this website (EricHepperle.com)’s categories taxonomy.
- We received the Anker Solix solar generators about 5 days early (expected on Oct 31). Looking forward to setting them up tomorrow and testing (Saturday)
- Tamal Dodge is the yoga teacher Hawaii DVD we used to listen to : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRIVagwm3XM
Coming Up:
- Planning to begin “code excavating” of my old code including the ElijahTheme WordPress them I built as well as the custom bespoke plugin. I’m still not ready to dive into Gutenberg, so I’ll stick with PHP coding in WordPress for now.
- Create HepperlePedia as a custom WordPress theme at wiki.erichepperle.com
